用途：该系列中试用反应釜适合于各企业单位，进行放大用反应釜。可根据用户工艺流程要求和温度、压力介质等要求，为用户配套设计制作特殊要求搅拌桨，保证物料的气-液分散、固-液悬浮、液-液混合等效果。

特点：WHF型中试用反应釜，是各种易燃、易爆、有毒、贵重等介质在高温、高压、高真空等条件下进行搅拌反应的首选设备，它从根本上解决了以前填料密封、机械密封无法克服的轴封泄漏问题，无任何泄漏和污染，使用寿命长、免维修。

反应釜釜体材料可采用碳锰钢、各种牌号的不锈钢、钛及钛合金、镍、哈氏合金、因康镍、蒙耐尔、锆及其复合材料等。反应釜的主体材料、釜体、釜盖上的开孔尺寸、数量、加热方式、釜内结构、搅拌转速、搅拌桨叶的形式均可根据用户要求进行设计；加热方式有夹套蒸汽、夹套导热油电加热、夹套油浴循环、远红外等形式供用户订货时任意选配。对有抛光要求的釜体内表面，可达到镜面抛光水平，对高粘度的物料可加工成锥形底，便于放料、清洗。

中试用反应釜常规配置：

· 快热快冷系统

· · 带PID控制的电热系统或油浴加热/冷却夹套

· 磁偶合搅拌器或带直接驱动轴承的高粘度搅拌器

· 为适应不同应用可更换的搅拌叶片

· 台式支架，地面支架，或反应釜升降机

· 多样化的数据测量与控制系统
